Self reflections are not as bad as you imagined and usually are not as good as you imagine, either. I answered the self reflection with a great deal of confidence but was very reserve through one part that I found to be a somewhat strength before the class began.
School finance is the area where I feel the most incompetence and with that said, probably do most superintendents in the state right now with school finance being in the forefront. Understanding that many schools have a finance manager that does most of the knowledge base work for their particular school, you must understand their business almost as much as they do. Suppose your business manager goes on leave and you must train their replacement.
